Nutrition Talks

Support the health and wellbeing of your team with practical, engaging nutrition talks designed for real life.

Simply Nutritional workplace talks take the confusion out of healthy eating and give employees simple strategies they can actually use. Whether the goal is improving energy and concentration, understanding serving sizes, making better food choices, supporting gut health or learning how nutrition can contribute to mental health and overall health and wellbeing.

Talks can be tailored to suit your workplace and are designed to be interactive, informative and easy to understand, without restrictive diets or complicated nutrition advice.

Available in person or online, they are a great addition to workplace wellbeing programs, professional development days, staff events or lunch-and-learn sessions helping your team walk away with practical knowledge they can start using straight away.

For a more hands-on experience, there is also the option to prepare and enjoy a nutritious lunch together, putting the nutrition principles discussed in the session into practice.

‘Students gained useful time-saving tips ...’

GS Universities Centre hosted Jessica for a Lunch and Learn session for our students. First up Jessica provided students with facts about nutrition and a nutrition guide handout. Students were able to ask questions specific to their diet and allergy needs - all of which we answered well. This was followed by a weigh, measure and mix self-serve nutritional and delicious lunch.

Thanks Jess - our Haloumi and Quinoa fresh herb salad was delicious and students gained useful time-saving tips for making healthy lunches and also learned about the best 'brain foods' which was good to know.
