General Nutrition and Wellbeing

You don’t need to have a specific health condition or nutrition concern to benefit from improving the way you eat. Sometimes you simply want to feel better, have more energy, improve your eating habits or feel confident that you’re giving your body what it needs.

General nutrition support looks at your current diet, lifestyle and goals to identify where simple changes could make a meaningful difference. We may focus on meal balance, protein, fibre, hydration, serving sizes, food quality, digestive health, energy levels or simply creating healthier habits that work within your everyday life.

My approach isn’t about restrictive diets, calorie counting or eating perfectly. It is about helping you understand nutrition and make simple, sustainable changes that help you feel and function your best.

‘A real game-changer’

As a busy working mum, I’d started to feel really lost within myself since having kids. My energy was low, I was constantly bloated, dealing with digestive discomfort, and my anxiety was creeping up as a result. I knew I wanted to get my health back on track but didn’t know where to start.

My brother actually told me about a seminar Jess was hosting, and after checking out her website and seeing that she offered services like hair sample testing, I decided to reach out.

Before working with Jess, I was struggling with motivation and meal planning — and like many mums, I just didn’t have the mental space to figure it all out. I’ve had food sensitivities and unhelpful eating habits for a while, and I was stuck in a cycle of frustration.

Since working together, I’ve cut out gluten completely and have slowly been reducing dairy — and I feel so much better for it. My digestive issues have really settled, which has helped ease my anxiety too. I’ve also become far more conscious about what I buy and how we eat as a family.

The education side of Jess’s support has been a real game-changer for me. I love understanding the “why” behind her recommendations — it makes everything feel more doable and meaningful. My mindset around food has shifted a lot, and I now approach eating with more awareness and less pressure.

What surprised me most was how simple the changes felt. Jess makes the process feel achievable. Even things that once seemed overwhelming, like cutting out certain foods or changing habits, felt manageable with her support.

I feel a lot better within myself now. There’s still work to do — but I finally feel capable of making those changes in a way that fits around my life.

My biggest advice to any other mums thinking about making a change is: start small. Make one shift, then build from there. It doesn’t have to be all or nothing.

Working with Jess has been such a positive experience. She works with you — not against you — and truly understands what it’s like to be a busy mum. There’s no judgement, no pressure, just genuine support. She relates, she listens, and she guides you through it all with kindness and encouragement.

Working with Jessica has been really great and I think it’s because Jessica works with you, not the other way around. By that I mean she understands that’s I’m a working Mum and don’t necessarily have a lot of time to dedicate to making a lot of changes at once and she never judges or make me feel like I could have done more. I feel like she understands as she can relate so she’s there to help and guide.
