    I reached a point where I was just so over dieting. I felt out of control with binge eating and knew something needed to change. I didn’t feel terrible physically, but I was really frustrated with myself and stuck in unhelpful habits.

    “I had been trying to live a healthier lifestyle on my own, but I found it hard to stay on track. I realised I needed some accountability to truly succeed and make lasting changes.

    I chose to work with Jess after seeing her name connected to the Holistic Health Care Team. Something about her approach felt aligned with what I was looking for – supportive, realistic, and knowledgeable.

    Before we started working together, I was feeling low in energy, highly stressed, and completely overwhelmed. I wasn’t meeting my goals and felt stuck. My biggest challenges were motivation, consistency, and planning meals that supported my health goals.

    “My reason to come and see Jess was that over the past couple of years I had gained weight and I was feeling tired ALL the time. I had put this down to menopause and was going down the track of HRT but was uneasy about this decision and wanted to see if there was another option. I chose to go and see Jess as we had already had conversations about nutrition and I liked her holistic approach to nutrition and was interested in the hair testing analysis. 

    Before I started with Jess I was feeling like my diet and exercise was spiraling out of control. I knew the basics of good health and nutrition but needed a kick start and some motivation to get back on track.

    I needed to find out if maybe some of the foods I was eating was making me feel this way.

    My biggest challenge that Jess helped me overcome was "getting started'. She broke it down into small steps/changes, providing me with and easy to achieve exercise routine to follow, a meal plan specified to my diet need after identifying food intolerances from my hair analysis.

    I finally feel like I have some control back with my health. By eliminating certain foods and taking some nutritional supplements recommended I no longer feel tired and bloated or have brain fog. I'm not always perfect and fall off the wagon, but now I have knowledge to get back on track and I know Jess is always just a phone call away if I need clarification on any nutritional issues. 

    If anyone is feeling the way I was before seeing Jess, my advice would be not to hesitate to make an appointment, I honestly feel like I have my life back and I feel ten years younger! And no longer feel like I need Hormone Replacement Therapy!”

    “Jess helped my son when he was struggling with ongoing ‘colic’ issues. Five months of pain, wind & gut problems for my little boy. Once we had our results from the hair sampling test it only took one week of food changes to get him to have normal bowel actions every day & a reduction in pain.

    I was hesitant to try ANOTHER health professional (as we had been turned away by doctors and paediatricians), but with the ease of a little haircut and Jess’s kind and non-judgmental nature; I’m so glad we tried out her services!     “I have suffered from migraines from the age of eight. I have had numerous types of medications over the years which all had their own side effects. I gave up on all preventatives and just took the strong pain medication I needed to help with the actual imminent migraine which also made me drowsy. I had decided it was just something I had to put up with and have done for many years. In the last couple of years, I found chocolate and cheese were triggers for my migraines, so I have been avoiding them. I have also been overweight since my last child so when I spoke with Jess about losing weight I wasn’t thinking about my migraines. She suggested I do a Food sensitivity and Intolerance hair test as well as a Comprehensive Women's Health test to check my hormones.

    We got the results back and found I was sensitive to a number of foods. I have eliminated dairy as much as I can as well a couple of other foods and I am now only suffering the odd bad headache and no major migraines for a few months since the change in diet. I am still seeing Jess in regard to food additives and preservatives, as well as the individualised weekly meal plans she makes just for me. I highly recommend the hair test.

    “I chose Jess because she was approachable & I felt comfortable to talk to her. It just felt like I was eating too much and wanted to get my eating on track with my exercise training.

    I felt nervous and out of my comfort zone but I needed a change.

    I feel really good now ( I do drift off the wagon sometimes), but since having Jess’s help, I can easily get back on track.

    My recommendation is don’t be afraid to ask for help, eating healthy is your main goal and Jess's help will make you reach it. Jess, you have been amazing helping me and I haven’t had pre workout supplement drink ever since the last time I’ve seen you (since you helped me understand what was actually in them).

    My bread eating has cut down too, I am not afraid to have it at breakfast now and stopped putting it on the table during dinner time when I didn't need it.”

    “ I went to see Jess as I was struggling. Struggling with my body and how it had been fighting against me. Little did I realise, but after a simple hair analysis test (Comprehensive Women's Health), I could see what I was doing to my body through not eating enough, without realising it.

    I've always been one to lose weight through stress but this time my body decided to gain it. I was at rock bottom. Crying to my husband all the time saying I'm sure it's my hormones. My breasts were growing & so tender, weight gain around my stomach. The hair test showed my stress levels (added to with a family trauma) were playing against me, plus other hormones out of balance. I have polycycistic ovarian syndrome as well as endometriosis.

    Jess placed me on some very simple and affordable products and well as analysed what I was eating in a day. She helped me with personalised recipes and meal ideas to get me eating more nutrition across my day. Turns out that I was barely eating and this was contributing to my issues.     “I decided it was time to look into my kids health because they had been unwell for the last couple of years. My 12 year old was having daily tummy pains and missing weeks at a time off school. He’s a very active sporty boy who wasn’t himself. My 10 year old was always headachy and tired.

    I decided to work with Jess because I had spoken to her about what she does and she understands how food and gut health can have an impact on the whole body. I was also happy that the hair test is non-invasive.

    Before starting with Jess I was worried about getting the kids on board with diet changes and felt overwhelmed. But I told them that we are going to experiment and try new foods and they can tell me what they like and don’t like and they were ok with that.

    My kids are now thriving, they eat less but higher nutrition, they’re not reaching for carbs for energy anymore. Sometimes they complain that I’ve made a snack too sweet. They are empowered to make better choices, they recognise when they eat too much or something they shouldn’t have and they are willing to try new things.

    As a busy working mum, I’d started to feel really lost within myself since having kids. My energy was low, I was constantly bloated, dealing with digestive discomfort, and my anxiety was creeping up as a result. I knew I wanted to get my health back on track but didn’t know where to start.

    My brother actually told me about a seminar Jess was hosting, and after checking out her website and seeing that she offered services like hair sample testing, I decided to reach out.

    Before working with Jess, I was struggling with motivation and meal planning — and like many mums, I just didn’t have the mental space to figure it all out. I’ve had food sensitivities and unhelpful eating habits for a while, and I was stuck in a cycle of frustration.

    Since working together, I’ve cut out gluten completely and have slowly been reducing dairy — and I feel so much better for it. My digestive issues have really settled, which has helped ease my anxiety too. I’ve also become far more conscious about what I buy and how we eat as a family.

    The education side of Jess’s support has been a real game-changer for me. I love understanding the “why” behind her recommendations — it makes everything feel more doable and meaningful. My mindset around food has shifted a lot, and I now approach eating with more awareness and less pressure.

    Working with Jessica has been really great and I think it’s because Jessica works with you, not the other way around. By that I mean she understands that’s I’m a working Mum and don’t necessarily have a lot of time to dedicate to making a lot of changes at once and she never judges or make me feel like I could have done more.
